Tax Credit Opportunities for Manufacturers under IRC Sections 48C and 45X

Section 48C and 45X credits are powerful tax-saving opportunities offered under the Inflation Reduction Act for manufacturers investing in facilities and creating products for the clean energy supply chain. This session will cover how these credits operate, how they can be monetized, and important deadlines for claiming them.
